"Tactical voting has not fallen out of fashion" - that's the view of Mark Pack, on the blog HREF="http://www.libdemvoice.org/tactical-unwind-or-tactical-rewind-18874.html" ID="9999" STYLE="LINK_Inline">Liberal Democrat Voice.
