One of the parliamentary candidates in Ynys Mon is being investigated by the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales following a complaint by North Wales Police, the BBC's Toby Mason says. Independent Peter Rogers is also a local councillor and represents Anglesey Council on North Wales Police Authority. Mr Rogers has told BBC Wales he is disappointed that this information has been leaked to the media and that the ombudsman must be allowed to conduct his investigation without being hampered by what he calls politically motivated leaks. Tory leader David Cameron is about to address a party rally in Bury, Greater Manchester.
