'Let's work together,' says Hain Blaenau Gwent regained by Labour

Peter Hain says Labour must work with other "progressive" parties in parliament if the Conservatives fail to win a majority in the general election. Labour regains its former stronghold Blaenau Gwent which was lost in the last election to an independent after an internal party row.
The Welsh secretary was reacting to exit polls suggesting the Tories will fall short of an overall majority. Seven constituencies have called so far in Wales with Labour holding five, gaining one and Plaid gaining one.
