A couple have been injured in a drive-by shooting in Manchester, police have said. A couple have been injured in a drive-by shooting in Greater Manchester.
The incident happened earlier in Great Western Street, Moss Side. A man was hit by a bullet in his lower back and a woman was wounded in the arm. Officers were called to Great Western Street, in Moss Side, at about 1800 BST where they found a 17-year-old girl who had been shot in the elbow.
Both are now being treated in hospital and are not in a life-threatening condition. Shortly after a 20-year-old man, understood to be her partner, turned up at hospital. He had been hit by a bullet in his lower back.
