The two men are being treated at Ninewells Hospital in Dundee where they were described as being in a serious but stable condition.
In a separate incident which took place on Saturday at about 2200 BST, a woman was knocked to the ground and sexually assaulted near to the bus parking area.
The man responsible was described as white, heavily built, with dark shaved hair and wearing a long sleeved dark top.
Tayside Police also confirmed that a 19-year-old man was in a critical condition after falling from a flag pole within the main arena at the festival.
It is thought the man climbed the pole shortly after 2200 BST on Sunday. He fell about 6ft and sustained a serious head injury.
He was treated at the scene by the on-site medical team before being taken to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee where he underwent neurosurgery.
