Karen Buck, MP for Westminster North, expressed her concern as she visited the Mozart Estate where the shooting happened. Police said preliminary investigation shows one shot was fired but it is not yet clear how all three suffered injuries.
The Labour politician, who has previously called for crackdowns on knife and gun crime, tweeted: "On Mozart Estate after reports of 3 girls being shot. Karen Buck, MP for Westminster North, said she had been informed of four separate gang-related incidents in the west London area over the past 24 hours.
She said they included a fight in Paddington Green and another "significant" fight on Harrow Road.
Ms Buck said: "There have been a number of incidents in the last few days alone and a long-term problem of some inter-gang rivalries here."
The Labour politician visited the area after the shooting and tweeted: "On Mozart Estate after reports of 3 girls being shot.
