Police have issued a fresh appeal for information to trace an 18-year-old from Flintshire who went missing eight days before Christmas. The family of a Flintshire teenager who has been missing for nearly two weeks have made an emotional plea for information as the search continues.

The Cheshire Police air support unit, dog handlers and an underwater search team have also been called in to help. His family said: "Christmas has passed and Haydn′s presents remain unopened".
Members of the Cheshire Search and Rescue team, a volunteer group, have been assisting the police. Their statement added: "None of us can even consider celebrating this Christmas time whilst he is still missing.
Insp Barry Brown of Cheshire Police said the search remained ongoing and they were renewing their appeal for help from the public. "Every day that passes becomes more difficult and we have a huge void in our lives."
The family urged anyone with information to contact Cheshire Police.
