Pedestrian dies in Westlink crash Motorway delay over lorries crash

A man has been killed in an accident on the Westlink in Belfast. A crash involving two lorries and a car on the M1 has caused major traffic disruption.
The pedestrian died shortly after 0130 BST. The dead man's name has not yet been released. The road was closed for about six hours but has since reopened. The motorway remains closed countrybound from Broadway to Saintfield Road and is also closed citybound from Sprucefield to Broadway.
Meanwhile, four people have been taken to hospital following a crash between two lorries and a car on the M1. Four people were taken to hospital. Two were later discharged, and none of them has life-threatening injuries.
