It is thought the men suffered minor injuries, West Midlands Ambulance Service said.
A police spokesman said: "Police are currently at the scene of a disorder outside the Hall Green Campus of South and City College on Colebank Road.
"Emergency services were called at around 2:05pm today.
"Two men have suffered stab wounds and have been taken to hospital, the extent of their injuries is not yet known.
"Two men have been arrested."
