Their sister Keavy, who was eight, died on Monday. An inquest is expected to open later this week into the death of Willow, who died at Lincoln County Hospital.
Rescue attempt
A nine-year-old girl was still in hospital.

Police said some people tried to rescue the car's occupants from the river.
Lincolnshire Police spokesman Sgt Andy Roach said it was believed the Land Rover lost control and plunged down an embankment into the River Witham.
The accident at 1550 BST on Sunday happened on a single track road as the car passed a white minibus towing a trailer containing canoes.
