Mr Sharkey said he found out about the jackpot through a "third party" on Saturday morning. When she found out the next day that her numbers had come up, she said she was "in a state of shock".
He added that Ms Loughrey had agreed to give an exclusive interview to his newspaper. Ms Loughrey, who is single, told the paper she had no immediate plans on how she would spend the money.
