A second crash has occurred on the same stretch of the M25 in Surrey where a person died earlier. A second crash has occurred on the same stretch of the M25 in Surrey where a woman was killed earlier.
The person was killed in the crash involving a car and a lorry between junction 11 for Chertsey and junction 10 at Wisley at about 01:40 GMT. The woman, in her 30s and from London, was a passenger in a blue Lexus which collided with a lorry between junction 11 for Chertsey and junction 10 at Wisley at about 01:40 GMT.
Another crash at about 08:00 GMT closed the road anti-clockwise between junctions 10 and 9 at Leatherhead. She died on the way to St George's Hospital in Tooting.
The motorway reopened at about 11:00 GMT and traffic queues are reported to be easing. Another crash then shut the road anti-clockwise between junctions 10 and 9 at Leatherhead but it has since reopened.
A Surrey Police spokesman said the car's driver suffered minor injuries.
