A two-year-old girl has died after she was found unconscious in a street, police said. A 36-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of the murder of her two-year-old daughter who died after a fall from a house in Bradford, West Yorkshire Police said.
The child was taken to hospital with serious injuries but was pronounced dead a short time later. The girl and the woman were found unconscious outside an address in Delamere Street at around 9.15am yesterday.

West Yorkshire Police Detective Chief Inspector Jon Morgan said on Tuesday evening: “Police were called by paramedics to Delamere Street, Bradford at 9.15am today, following reports that a woman and child had been found unconscious outside the back of an address. Police are not looking for anyone else in connection with the incident.
“The child, a two-year-old girl, was taken to hospital with serious injuries, but was sadly pronounced dead a short time later. Detective Chief Inspector Jon Morgan, said:"We are not looking for anyone else in connection with this incident, but are appealing for anyone with information to contact the police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111."
“The woman, who is believed to be 36, was also taken to hospital, where she is currently being treated for her injuries. She remains in a critical condition.
“A forensic post-mortem is due to take place tonight.
“Enquiries into this incident are at an early stage, but we are not looking for anyone else in connection with it. I would ask anyone with information to call the police on 101.
