A man in his 70s has has gone missing from hospital in Carmarthen. A 72-year old man suffering from dementia and diabetes has has gone missing from hospital in Carmarthen.
The man, who had a bandage on his head, was seen leaving Glangwili hospital at around 19:45 BST on Tuesday. Ivor Evans left Glangwili Hospital with a bandage on his head at around 19:45 BST on Tuesday.
Dyfed Powys Police said they were "increasingly concerned" for the man's welfare and have asked for anyone who has seen him to contact them. The pensioner who "may appear confused" was seen at 01.30 BST on Wednesday in the Llanarthne area.
The man, who has a goatee beard and tattoos on his arms, is described as white and wearing a white short sleeved shirt and dark trousers. Dyfed Powys Police said they were "increasingly concerned" for Mr Evans' welfare and asked locals to check their outbuildings.
Sergeant Dominic Jones said: "I would appeal to residents in the Llanarthne area to check their sheds."
Mr Evans had a bandage on his head and has a goatee and tattoos on his arms.
He was last seen wearing a white short sleeved shirt and dark trousers.
