Peterhead fish factory blaze brought under control | |

A blaze at a fish factory in Peterhead, which firefighters fought for eight hours, has been brought under control. | |
Crews were called to the Northbay Pelagic premises in Kirk Square at about 14:43 GMT on Saturday. | |
Nearby flats were evacuated and onlookers were urged to stay away but no-one was believed to have been in the factory at the time. | |
A number of crews were withdrawn from the blaze, which could be seen for miles around, at about 22:43. | |
