A three-year-old boy died after being struck by a car in a Norfolk village. A three-year-old boy has died after being struck accidentally by a car driven by his mother.
He was injured in a collision in Adland Road, Watton, on Sunday afternoon and died during the evening at Norfolk and Norwich Hospital. It is understood she was reversing the car when it collided with her son in Adland Road, Watton.
Norfolk Police said the driver put the child into the car to try and get him to hospital, then flagged down an ambulance spotted on Norwich Road. He was injured in the collision on Sunday afternoon but died later at Norfolk and Norwich Hospital.
