D.C. police spokesman Dustin Sternbeck said that both victims are expected to survive their injuries. | |
The victims were in the shop at 1100 8th Street SE, when the shooting happened around 1:40 p.m. | |
Police said on Twitter that they are searching for a white SUV with no license plate. | |
