A 23-year-old woman, who lives close to where the shooting happened, said: "I was outside but I didn't see what happened.
"I heard some things, that there were three or four gun shot wounds and that it was about an hour-and-a-half until he was found.
"People said he clambered in to a garden and fell in to the garden."
