A baby's body has been found in a street in Staffordshire. A baby's body has been found at an Islamic centre in Staffordshire, police said.
The body was found at about 1030 GMT in Beresford Street in the Shelton area of Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire Police said. The body was found at about 1030 GMT at the centre in Bedford Road in the Shelton area of Stoke-on-Trent.
The road has been cordoned off while officers search the scene. A Staffordshire Police spokesperson said the road around the mosque had been cordoned off while officers conducted a search of the area.
