The BBC's Carole Walker says: At an election rally in Leeds tonight, Conservative leader David Cameron will attack the Labour plan to raise National Insurance contributions. He'll warn of the effect on jobs and the wider economy, and criticise the values that lie behind Labour's plans. About 200 people are in the audience at the City Museum in Leeds to hear David Cameron, who has arrived at the venue but has not yet appeared for his speech.
