Plaid Cymru are gearing up to launch their election manifesto in the Wales Millennium Centre in Cardiff Bay later, says the BBC's Toby Mason. Leader Ieuan Wyn Jones says Plaid will prioritise the needs of the families and communities of Wales above all else, while the London parties pamper to the "haves" of so-called middle Britain, rather than the "have nots". Mr Jones leaves the BBC's Today programme studio in Cardiff after his interview in good spirits. "The Lib Dems were treated like grown-upsÂ… like a serious party contending for power," says former Labour spin doctor Lance Price, analysing the party's morning press conference. Nick Wood, former Tory adviser, says it did "dissolve into an economic seminar", but ex-Lib Dem adviser Olly Grender says voters actually really like "this sort of serious, solid delivery, particularly from Vince [Cable]".
